Role and Main Responsibilities:The company are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team with excellent communication and organisational skills:- To ensure efficient management of clients and a team of engineers acting as main point of contact for them.
-Using CAFM Helpdesk systems to log and keep track of any sort of request as well as generate orders for the team or subcontractors
-Handling administration tasks to ensure delivery of service is smooth running and being a point of contact for complaints and customer service queries.
- To keep track of KPI's across the team and to take the necessary action to keep on top of these.
- Keep systems and managers updated to produce weekly reports to ensure clients are satisfied and management is updated regularly.What you'll need:- Engineering qualification
- Previous Facilities Management Experience (M&E area)
