About the Role:

Hunter Savage is thrilled to be partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Central London, known for its Legal 500 recommendations, as they seek an experienced Family Law Solicitor at Partner level to head their Family Law team. This is a unique opportunity for a senior solicitor with a strong client following to lead a prestigious and growing department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the Family Law team, with a focus on high net worth financial remedies (money) claims.
2. Advise clients on complex family law matters, including the drafting and negotiation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
3. Handle cases with an international dimension, including jurisdictional disputes, international divorce, and children cases.
4. Provide strategic legal advice on relocation matters, both within and outside the jurisdiction.
5. Drive the growth of the Family Law department, leveraging your client following and the firm's strong reputation.

Requirements:

1. A senior-level Family Law Solicitor with substantial experience in handling high net worth cases.
2. A proven client following is essential.
3. Expertise in complex financial remedies, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and international family law.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to head a team and drive its success.
5. Excellent communication and client management skills.
