Full-time Office based in Carlisle

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading retail organisation. This is a full-time, permanent role based at the Headquarters in Carlisle.
Your new role
You will provide administrative support to a small and friendly finance team, duties will include:

  • Download and print payment reports.
  • Record discrepancies in reconciliations and report on Excel.
  • Prepare cash and cheques for banking.
  • Maintain the daily journal sheet.
  • Ensure all sales ledger payments are updated on the system.
  • Assist with credit control.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to learn
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other staff members
  • Be able to prioritise work and have the ability to meet deadlines
