Temporary Finance Administrator in Elgin

Your new company
Your new company is an established organisation within the private sector, looking for a temporary administrator to help the team for an initial 2-month period, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
Your new role will involve duties such as taking and directing incoming calls, managing supplier queries in the mailbox, supplier statement reconciliations, light purchase ledger duties such as saving invoices and credit notes for processing.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed is experience in administration, being able to prioritise your own workload, willing to learn new skills, proficiency in Excel and other MS Office packages. Full training will be provided.
What you'll get in return
What you'll get in return is the opportunity to work with a renowned company in Elgin. The hourly rate is £13.02 plus holiday pay, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
