As part of the senior finance management team, you will be at the heart of commercial finance decisions. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with production and operational teams, helping to manage costs, optimise processes, and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Financial Insights: Deliver actionable financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions and performance improvements.

  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct variance and trend analysis to identify areas for improvement and foster business growth.

  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance teams, ensuring cohesive business-wide strategies.

Essential Requirements:

  • ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified (or studying).
  • Strong experience in Management Accounts, Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Ability to present complex financial data clearly and influence decision-making.
  • Deadline-driven: Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative: Comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
