Finance Director

Your new company
We have been exclusively instructed on this opportunity by a growing insurance group. Working for a highly entrepreneurial business, you will be reporting directly to the Group CFO on designing and rescoping the finance function whilst supporting them in growing the business, organically and through acquisition.

Your new role
In this unique opportunity, you will be based in their Manchester office, assisting the business through a period of transition, growth and change. You will have responsibility for the provision of timely and robust management reporting of the Group's figures whilst driving growth, organically and through further acquisitions. You will update internal controls and reporting, whilst also implementing changes and driving performance and reviewing existing practice, whilst driving improvements, commercially and operationally.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous experience of working within a high-profile role where you have driven change and growth, ideally within an Insurance or Financial Services business. The client has suggested that there will be an advantage to those who have experience in M&A and/or supporting or leading to an exit.
