A rare opportunity to join a leading organisation located near Thetford and Brandon in the role of Finance Manager for an initial 6-month period. My client offers significant hybrid and flexible working.
Your new role
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the local finance team, with key duties including overseeing the finance team; budget preparation and monitoring; finance business partnering; systems and processes review and improvement; overseeing capital and investment budgets; financial and variance analysis; and supporting with business planning.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have strong reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience. A positive and proactive approach to supporting non-financial colleagues will be essential. Experience of leading a team would be beneficial, but not essential.
