Finance Officer Cardiff Preparing financial statements Conducting ad hoc financial analysis Ensure the maintenance of the finance system and ensuring that all data inputted is accurate and completed in a timely manner Preparing payment runs Bank reconciliations Reconciliations of supplier statements Ensuring compliance with financial regulations. - A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Qualified in or studying for a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, AAT) is desired but not essential
- Proven experience in a finance role, ideally within the transport or public sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
