My client, global education organisation, require an experienced Finance Process Engineer to play a key role in building the operational backbone of their global eCommerce platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies across operations, finance, and compliance, ensuring that my client continue to set the standard in digital learning.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Transformation: Translate big ideas into structured workflows, goals, and measurable results.
• Lead Change: Oversee multiple projects that enhance efficiency, working closely with global teams to meet strategic targets.
• Collaborate Internationally: Work with teams in Financial Operations, Technology, and Global Business Services, using your insights to shape effective processes.
• Champion Quality: Monitor and enhance performance, establishing rigorous controls and standards.
• Impact the Future of Learning: Support Direct-to-Consumer strategy by optimising processes for smooth, global rollout.

Experience:

• ERP & Process Mapping: Proficient in Oracle ERP and process mapping tools like IBM BlueWorks.
• eCommerce Expertise: Skilled in Order-to-Cash processes and experience with payment platforms (eg, Ayden, PayU, BigCommerce).
• Global Perspective: Experience in multinational settings, with an understanding of diverse teams and market requirements
