Financial Controller - Banking

Sterling Williams are working with an International Bank based in the City of London who are looking to hire a permanent Financial Controller.

This is a role that will allow for hybrid working (3 days in the office) and is a replacement hire - supporting the CFO the Financial Controller will be heavily involved in the production of Management Information, and Financial Reporting.

Salary dependent on experience but circa £90 - £110,000 pa plus benefits.

The successful candidate will have managed teams previously (c2 - 10) and will have tangible and extensive financial control and accounting capabilities from in a Banking environment. You will have an understanding and experience of Regulatory Reporting, as well as IFRS/UK GAAP and Management Accounting.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and a have a bachelors degree or equivalent, and at least 5 plus years of experience working in a similar capacity.
