FinOps Manager

About the Role:

As the FinOps Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing our FinOps strategy and roadmap.
• Establishing FinOps policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Defining and tracking FinOps KPIs and metrics.
• Developing and maintaining financial models for cloud cost analysis.
• Preparing and analysing cloud cost reports and forecasts.
• Implementing and managing showback and chargeback processes.
• Developing and maintaining cost allocation models.
• Analyzing cloud spending patterns and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Managing FinOps budget and resources.
• Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging FinOps technologies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, system design, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in a leadership role focused on finance, IT, or cloud computing.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
• Experience with financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
