Fleet Specialist (Van driver)

Embark on an exciting adventure where you'll be at the forefront of building one of the most important markets for our client. As a Fleet Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting, deploying, rebalancing, and reparking vehicles. This includes performing battery swaps and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

What awaits you:

• Efficiently collect and deploy vehicles to minimise wait times
• Find and collect scooters for retrieval to the warehouse
• Perform battery swaps on the streets
• Ensure vehicles are deployed safely and compliantly
• Execute rebalancing tasks to meet high-demand areas
• Maintain in-field quality and perform quick scooter fixes
• Perform ad-hoc tasks in the warehouse as required to support a busy period

What you'll need to succeed:

• UK full driving licence for at least 1 year with max 6 DVLA points (other criteria does also apply)
• In-depth knowledge of your city and driving experience
• Responsible team player and ability to work independently
• Motivation to share knowledge and collaborate with the team
• Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to navigate your city in a van under any condition
• Physical condition for carrying heavy loads
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends

What we offer:

- Hourly Pay! Day shift pay rate: £14.94, night shift pay rate: £16.13
