Role Specification:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain high standard of customer service across all food and beverage establishments.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction whilst addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Evaluate current service methods and identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to stay competitive and meet customer expectations.
  • Continuously review and adjust staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Develop and supervise staff rotas to always ensure adequate cover.
  • Hold monthly meetings to discuss operational aspects, including objectives, sales targets, standards, and maintenance.
  • Motivate the team and provide opportunities for feedback and goal alignment.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and human resource management skills.
  • Encourage and support staff development in line with the company's equal opportunities policy.
  • Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Ensure the well-being of both guests and staff through proactive risk management.

Personal Specification:

Essentials

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Shift Patterns:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7 per week
  • Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
