About the Role
As a Forensic Disputes Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advisory services to clients involved in complex disputes. From expert witness reports to valuation analysis, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional insights in high-stakes scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead forensic investigations and contentious valuation assignments, ensuring the highest quality of delivery.
Prepare and review expert witness reports for litigation and arbitration cases.
Support legal teams and clients by providing clear and concise analysis of financial data and valuation issues.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
Experience in forensic accounting, contentious valuations, or related advisory/consulting fields.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuations, and dispute resolution processes.
Proven ability to prepare or contribute to expert witness reports.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
