In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. What type of breed are we looking for?

You will be a hands-on creative leader who excels at bringing concept to our screens to drive commercial results. We need a do-er who can work with our existing brand guidelines and team to push our creative assets to the next level across all digital touch points (Social channels, Paid ads & Amazon Store). Ensuring our visual and messaging strategy is seamlessly integrated across the board.

What will be in your bowl?
  • Elevate our social media, digital and influencer content to drive engagement and reach with fresh, compelling visuals and campaigns.
  • Optimise online creative assets (e.g., Amazon, D2C) to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
  • Lead the creation and execution of in-store POS materials, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.
  • Inspire and lead a team of highly imaginative creatives in our growing creative hub. Nurture a vibrant culture of innovation and imagination that permeates throughout our entire organization.
  • Safeguard the essence of our brand through meticulous adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure that every (!) creative output effectively communicates our key messages. Oversee the creation of captivating marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
What skills & tricks should you bring?
  • We're a petcare business so we need to know you understand our category - the good and the bad, how to disrupt it, who shops it, and why they'd switch to us.
  • You're a digital native, on top of the latest trends and changes. You know how to cut through the noise and make our brand stand out.
  • 8+ years experience turning concepts into reality, with know how in blending design, copy and strategy.
  • You have led a creative team in the past. In-house experience is considered a plus.
  • Commercially oriented: You don't only want to grab attention and be recognised by the industry, but also the business to thrive and to make actually real impact.
  • A proven experience with FMCG/CPG brands, and a true multidisciplinary creative. By multidisciplinary we mean physical retail, Amazon, digital, social (Instagram & TikTok), as well as experience across the more traditional marketing mix.
  • We don't expect you to be a marketing scientist, planner or UX ninja but we do expect you to effectively collaborate with those disciplines in order to next-level our brand and marketing output
  • Experienced in working with multiple-territories to match our current footprint and our huge ambitions.
