Funds Associate - 2-5 PQE - Global Law Firm

Our client, a leading multinational law firm, is seeking a Funds Associate to join their practice in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a UK-qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to grow their career in a highly-ranked practice. As a Funds Associate, you will assist in the formation and structuring of investment funds, drafting and reviewing documentation for various fund types. You will provide practical advice grounded in regulatory and taxation expertise, supporting fund mergers, restructuring, and secondary transfers. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.

1. UK Qualified with 2-5 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
2. Strong understanding of fund formation, structuring, and regulatory issues.
3. Proven ability to draft and review complex fund documentation.
4. Enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to building and maintaining strong internal and external (including client) relationships.
