General Manager - Contract Catering - £45k

I am currently looking to recruit a General Manager for my client's site based in Buckinghamshire. This role requires someone with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business.

My client is one of the leading independent Education Caterers and is recruiting for a day school, where they cater for approximately 300 pupils. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 8 staff, ensuring training, development, and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

1. Currently at a General Manager level within Contract Catering
2. Experience within the Independent school sector
3. A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/Health & Safety procedures
4. Strong client relationships and exceptional stakeholder management

Working Monday to Friday.
