About the Role

This new restaurant with bottle shop is looking for their new GM. The owners of this gorgeous place also have an incredible project which involves working with local farmers, ensuring that the produce and food are of the best quality. We love this small business for their ethos and care regarding what they are offering, but also for their big plans. Lots of opportunities for progression!

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a wine-savvy GM, someone who feels confident talking about the wonders of natural wines and ciders. You will need to be strong on BOH systems such as reservations and all admin work. We also hope you will have a strong standard of service and be lovely, warm, and a great host. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to relocate to a stunning part of the country, with quick links to Bristol, Wales, Cheltenham, and Gloucester. You could be from Bristol, for example, and commute, or there are some lovely little cottages available in the village at reduced prices. We think this is a great role, and one we are very excited about!
