German speaking - S/4HANA Finance Solution Lead

Location: Initially Frankfurt, Germany with a transition to a hybrid model.

Summary:
Masentó SAP is seeking an experienced S/4HANA Finance Lead to join the design phase of a Greenfield implementation for a global customer in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the S/4HANA Finance workstream, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of the S/4HANA Finance solution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA Finance solutions, including:
  • Financial Accounting (FI)
  • Controlling (CO)
  • Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
  • Other relevant Finance modules
• Advise senior stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs) on best practices and optimal S/4HANA Finance architecture.
• Manage and lead the S/4HANA Finance workstream, including:
  • Scope definition and requirements gathering
  • Solution design and configuration
  • Testing and quality assurance
  • Go-live support and post-implementation support
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (eg, Project Management, Business Analysts, Technical Consultants).
• Drive change management activities to ensure successful user adoption of the S/4HANA Finance solution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
• Proven experience leading the design phase of an S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
• Strong advisory skills and experience working with C-suite executives (CFOs, CIOs).
• Demonstrated expertise in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
