Job Description

You will develop, drive and manage the Winsor & Newton brand across the global markets in order to achieve short-term and long-term brand growth and development, consumer engagement, market growth and profit targets in line with overall company strategy.

Your key accountabilities include the following:

  1. Developing brand strategy, positioning for the brand, driving deployment and ensuring consistent execution across markets and touch points.
  2. Developing a global brand plan both on an operational and strategic level.
  3. Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy and platform for the brand in line with the brand positioning and target audience across the brand's online channels (web, social, email) and offline (e.g. partnerships).
  4. Manage the brand's financial performance and review the brand portfolio.
  5. Work with the markets to ensure that in-market consumer pricing reflects the brand's premium positioning.
  6. Work closely with the key markets for input and alignment as well as overseeing execution, ensuring consistent quality and effectiveness.
  7. Develop digital and ecommerce capability in the global brand team and local market teams and drive towards a truly brand led organisation.
  8. Lead a multi-discipline brand team to effectively deliver the above in line with brand objectives.

Experience and qualifications we are looking for:

  1. A Business/Marketing degree or equivalent.
  2. Proven track record in building brands, driving innovation and achieving business results.
  3. Proven experience in the Premium Consumer Goods Industry.
  4. Experience in integrated communications planning and digital media, ideally including eCRM.
  5. Solid and well-rounded background across marketing disciplines, including Insight and NPD development.
  6. Experience in strategy development and implementation (both global and local experience).
  7. Proven leadership experience, in particular in a matrix environment.
  8. Interest/passion for the creative arts.
