YOUR ROLE
  • Define, manage, and lead the global performance strategy, ensuring alignment with Henkel's overall business strategy and organizational priorities, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and manage Henkel's annual performance review cycle, integrating goal-setting practices that ensure consistency and clarity across all levels and regions.
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations by implementing globally standardized tools and criteria for assessing employee contributions and potential.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoE) leadership to link performance outcomes with critical HR processes, including compensation, promotions, and development opportunities.
  • Continuously improve performance management systems by incorporating employee feedback and emerging best practices to enhance effectiveness globally.
  • Leverage performance metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in performance management practices.
  • Provide training for managers and employees on effective performance management techniques, fostering a culture of constructive feedback and development.
  • Engage with senior leadership and regional teams to ensure alignment on performance expectations and outcomes across the organization.
