Description
Key responsibilties for the Global Mobility Specialist (Japanese speaking)
- Manage and coordinate all international employee relocations.
- Develop and implement relocation policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with human resources and management to arrange relocation schedules.
- Negotiate contracts with relocation service providers.
- Provide support and guidance to relocating employees and their families.
- Prepare and manage the relocation budget.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of relocation policies.
Profile
A successful Global Mobility Specialist (Japanese speaking) should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of immigration and tax laws.
- Exceptional negotiation and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide support and guidance to relocating employees.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and contracts.
