Global Product Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Global Product Manager based in Birmingham who will be responsible for developing and executing the global product strategy, working closely with regional product marketing managers and leading a team of product owners.

Location: Birmingham

Length: Permanent, full-time

Environment: 50% hybrid working

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a clear, compelling product vision and roadmap
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through product innovations
• Lead and mentor a team of product owners, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Establish clear goals and KPIs for the product team, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy
• Oversee the product development life cycle, from concept to launch
• Demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge to effectively communicate with engineering teams

Key Experience:

• Deep understanding of SaaS product management principles and best practices
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product life cycle management
• Familiarity with workplace management solutions and related technologies
• Knowledge of global markets and ability to adapt strategies for different regions
• Understanding of SaaS business models, metrics and growth strategies
