Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for an GMP Administrator, to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Runcorn, on a contract basis, initially for 12 months. Working hours would be 6.00-18.00, 36.75 per week.

Salary:
Hourly: £14.64 PAYE.

GMP Administrator:
  • Responsible for the scheduling, monitoring, maintenance, analysing and reporting of Operations, people KPI data, reporting to Operations Management.
  • Responsible for ensuring operations training master data is maintained, scheduling, organisation and coordination of training, assessment and education requirements for Operational staff including the requirements for CWK.
  • Requires great levels of confidentiality in compliance with company, regulatory, pharmaceutical and internal/external standards. Reporting of Operational People based key performance indicators to help drive improvements in Operational performance.
  • To analyse on-shift training, assessment & education against assigned activity, and report any weekly discrepancies to training schedule to Operations Management.
  • Initiate and facilitate the following reviews and associated actions to maintain Studium master data for operations.
  • To schedule, monitor, maintain and analyse on-shift development of staff. Perform routine meetings with all Operational Leaders to ensure continuous progress is being made, ensuring PDPs are in place and STEM pathways are linked into the wider training model for Operations Staff Monthly Activities.

Your background:
  • Administration experience within a GMP environment.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in a similar role with high standards of confidentiality, Scheduling, Analysing of data and reporting, Systems expertise. Line Management, and or budgetary accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience of analysing of data and reporting.

This role is based at our clients site in Runcorn.
