Reading - Hybrid - 3 days a week

This is an opportunity for a Graduate to join a to join an exciting and well-established organisation where you'll be responsible for engaging with the business on behalf of the IT project team. You'll come in and work across a variety of IT projects going into different areas of the business gaining valuable hands-on experience and insights.

You'll be a recent graduate looking to start your career in business analysis/project management. You'll ideally also have gained some commercial experience working in one of these functions in a placement year or apprenticeship. You'll also need to be driven and ready to become fully immersed in the organisation working across a variety of projects.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Business Degree or similar qualification
• Proactive, driven personality, keen to learn and grow in the role
• Commercial experience (eg, placement or apprenticeship) is a plus
