White Recruitment is a market-leading recruitment agency with several specialist brands that are 'household' names within their field. The Building Services division, consisting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering), is recruiting for a graduate recruiter.

This position is suitable for an ambitious, driven graduate who possesses strong communication skills, organisational skills, and commercial aptitude.

You will learn one-on-one from a Senior Recruiter with over 15 years of industry knowledge, gaining an understanding of the recruitment processes and what's required to be successful.

You:

1. Degree qualified (commercial preferred but anything considered)
2. Aptitude for learning - You will learn an entire industry and terminology that you won't be familiar with.
3. Comfortable talking to people - On the phone, in-person, and via email.
4. Experience of using AI - Familiarity with ChatGPT is essential.
5. Organised - You will spin a lot of plates; if you're not organised, they will inevitably fall on your head.
6. Driven - The first 6 - 12 months of any sales job, recruitment included, is a bit of a slog.
7. Resilient - You're going to experience failure and negativity; you've got to be able to take it on the chin and move on.

What you will be doing:

1. Researching companies
2. Headhunting candidates
3. Advertising jobs on job boards and LinkedIn
4. Using artificial intelligence software
5. Operating a recruitment database

Package:

Realistic salary in year 1: £30,000

Realistic salary in year 2: £40,000

Realistic salary in year 3: £50,000

Structured and flexible career progression that offers routes into management.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Friday: 4.30pm finish
