Job Description

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Group Compliance Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team at our Head Office in Liverpool, UK. This is a dynamic opportunity for a management-level professional to play a key role in shaping and supporting AHK's Risk and Compliance functions. The successful candidate will benefit from significant exposure to senior leadership across the organisation. You'll contribute meaningfully to a wide range of focus areas, including Policies & Procedures, Training & Awareness, Assurance, Internal Auditing, Processes & Projects and Advisory Services.

Required Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Compliance Role.
  • Experience in the TIC sector (desirable but not essential).
  • Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity. Proven ability to adapt to new industries/ environments and workplace cultures.
  • Leadership of and/or participation in projects and/or programmes.
  • Worked within an international matrix organisation, working across multiple countries, time zones and functions.
  • Experience in working with and managing a broad cross-section of people in terms of varied levels of seniority and cultural backgrounds.
  • Evidence of having embraced new challenges, quickly familiarising oneself in a new company in terms of company organisation structure, business goals and internal/ external stakeholders.
