Growth Product Manager (Acquisition) - Fully remote (UK and Europe) - Salary negotiable

A rapidly growing online cyber security training platform is seeking a Growth Product Manager to join its product team. This company, known for providing gamified security exercises and challenges, has built a thriving community of over 3 million users in just a few years.

The Growth Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategy to acquire, retain, and monetize the user base, with an initial focus on acquisition.

This position involves collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams to create engaging user experiences that attract and sustain learners. Success in this role requires a passion for experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and iterative improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire experimentation process: ideate, design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive product improvements.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
  • Leverage qualitative customer research, competitor analysis, and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
  • Design rigorous A/B tests to determine the impact of changes on key metrics.
  • Share insights and lessons learned with the broader organization to foster innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven ability to run growth experiments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of growth loops, funnel metrics, and consumer SaaS business models.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive product decisions.
  • Core product leadership skills, including data analysis, user research, and feature life cycle management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Amplitude/MixPanel, and data dashboards.
  • Ability to balance design and technical trade-offs to align customer and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running experiments across different growth funnel stages in SaaS businesses.
  • Background in education technology and products.
