Hours: 9:00am - 2:00pm, 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation and cooking of all menu items, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
2. Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
3. Monitor food inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
4. Create daily specials, working with the management team to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
5. Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a cook in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
2. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak times.
