Job role:
We are looking for a Head of Brand to join the team at DASH and lead our ambitious marketing plans for 2025. This role is a maternity cover contract (approx 12 months) and we are ideally looking for someone to start mid March.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Plan, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth across key channels.
- Manage the brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively, with a focus on ROI.
- Oversee PR efforts and management of our external PR team.
- Work with the design teams to implement design and packaging updates.
- Ensure the smooth execution of all brand initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver on objectives.
- Manage and mentor the brand and design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment while ensuring high performance and personal development.
Experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience in brand management, with a strong track record in the FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to lead both long-term brand vision and day-to-day execution.
- Extensive experience with budget management, campaign planning, and execution.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with experience overseeing design and packaging updates.
- Strong team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
About you:
- An experienced brand manager (7+ years) with a background in campaign management, packaging, partnerships and team leadership.
- A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with various teams and external partners.
- A natural leader, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can motivate teams to deliver results.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainability - with an understanding of how to position a product that resonates with today's conscious consumer.
