The impact you'll have

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Supply, you will play a crucial role in securing the most competitive hotel rates for the UK and DE markets, ensuring our customers always benefit from the best deals. This role involves building and managing direct relationships with suppliers, drafting seasonal contracts under tight deadlines, and consistently monitoring market rates to keep loveholidays at the forefront of the industry.

Your Day to day:

  1. Contacting Suppliers in order to ensure loveholidays has the best rates in the UK & DE markets.
  2. Drafting contracts within strict deadlines depending on the season.
  3. Checking competitiveness at all given times is a must; the candidate needs to ensure loveholidays will always have the best rates in the market.
  4. Acquiring availability & special offers for Marketing activities, proactively contacting the suppliers to always be the 1st in the market depending on the time of the season.
  5. Liaising with the inventory, yield and marketing teams in order to deliver the best possible deals to the loveholidays clientele.

Your skillset:

  1. Fluent in English & French or Arabic.
  2. Proven experience in Purchasing with an established network of contacts.
  3. Advanced computing skills.
  4. Team player.
  5. Able to work proactively and under pressure.
  6. Able to travel at any given time.

Desirable:

  1. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus.
  2. Ideally, the candidate will be based in Tunisia or Morocco.

  2. 1st stage - Interview with the Head of Contracting - 45 mins.
  3. 2nd stage - Interview with the Director of Commercial Supply - 45 mins.
