Head of Design

Are you a creative and talented Head of Design with a passion for menswear and womenswear?

Look no further! We are currently seeking a Design Manager to join our team and play a key role in the creation of our collections at AlphaTauri.

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• At least 5 years senior level experience in the fashion industry
• At least 3 years' experience managing teams
• Deep familiarity and industry knowledge of all product groups, fashion trends and functionality
• Knowledge in creating, sourcing and developing procedures in the apparel industry
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
• Advanced leadership & presentation skills
• Knowledge in ADOBE CS and Microsoft office

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
