Head of Design

Are you a creative and talented Head of Design with a passion for menswear and womenswear?

Look no further! We are currently seeking a Design Manager to join our team and play a key role in the creation of our collections at AlphaTauri.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths:

• In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Global Head of AlphaTauri to bring concepts to life and develop key product groups such as Outerwear and Woven.
• You'll lead and manage a team of designers to ensure that our products align with our brand DNA, vision, and set targets.
• You will be responsible for not only creating visually stunning designs but also ensuring that the technical specifications and functionality of each piece meet our high-quality standards.
• You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life, from concept to production.
• Your role will involve guiding and inspiring our talented design team in bringing our brand vision to life.
• We are looking for someone who is constantly looking for new trends and innovations to stay ahead in the fast-paced fashion industry.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years senior level experience in the fashion industry.
• At least 3 years' experience managing teams.
• Deep familiarity and industry knowledge of all product groups, fashion trends and functionality.
• Knowledge in creating, sourcing and developing procedures in the apparel industry.
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
• Advanced leadership & presentation skills.
• Knowledge in ADOBE CS and Microsoft Office.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
