Head of Engineering

A global insurer is looking for a Head of Engineering to own their AI and ML technology stack. You will be the driving force behind company-wide adoption of AI, creating the strategy for how they will utilize new technologies to revolutionize the way they interact with their customers.

You will:

1. Lead AI strategy across the entirety of the company.
2. Serve as a senior technical leader within the Engineering staff, guiding Engineering leadership in the development of AI solutions.
3. Define and enforce development practices that promote effective building of AI products within cross-functional teams of Engineers and data scientists.
4. Push adoption of new technologies across the business.
5. Iteratively develop new solutions that can prove AI value.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record for building and leading teams in AI Engineering.
2. Ability to define target state technology architecture and roadmaps.
3. Expertise in latest GenAI and LLM technology and associated enabling technologies.
4. Must be an excellent business leader.
5. Experience as an owner of AI services in an enterprise environment.
6. Experience in a highly regulated environment is a must.
