Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) & KS1 (Key Stage 1) Teacher to join a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the EYFS and KS1 departments, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the EYFS and KS1 teams, providing support and guidance to staff.
• Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and achievement of students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in EYFS and KS1 education.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
