About you:

You are an experienced and passionate sales leader with a proven track record in field sales. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take on a key role driving growth and innovation across the DACH region. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in field sales and leadership to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Step into an invigorating leadership role with Hill's Pet Nutrition, a pioneer in pet health and nutrition. As the Head of Field Sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you will spearhead a dynamic team to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and cement Hill's Pet Nutrition as the go-to provider for premium pet nutrition solutions.
  2. Empower and inspire a high-achieving Field Team across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, cultivating a customer-centric mindset focused on explosive growth.
  3. Elevate our key customer relationships into enduring and impactful partnerships, fostering mutual success and loyalty.
  4. Be the voice and champion of the Field Team within the management group and the broader organization, collaborating across functions to craft and execute bold growth strategies.
  5. Nurture and unleash the potential within the Field Team, driving continuous development and excellence in execution.

Qualifications:

  1. A university degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in field sales, and at least 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
  2. Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  3. Demonstrated success in commercial management and people leadership, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  4. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
  5. High self-awareness and the capacity to reflect on personal performance for continuous improvement.
  6. A consumer- and customer-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  7. Proven ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing market conditions.
  8. Financial acumen and the ability to understand and manage budgets effectively.
  9. A results-driven approach with the focus on effective execution and delivering measurable outcomes.
  10. Experience in the pet food industry or similar field is preferred.
