I am currently working with a fast-growing, international law firm looking for a Head of Financial Systems to join the team. This is a progressive, forward-thinking firm offering excellent progression and development opportunities in a high-performance environment.

Your new role

This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

1. Providing leadership and strategic direction to the finance systems team.
2. Creation and management of road-map for finance systems usage and development.
3. Drive innovation, efficiency and business value through utilising the latest technology.
4. Build and maintain relationships and feedback channels with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
5. Introduce a data-led approach to the financial systems team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally be a qualified finance professional with the ability to demonstrate expertise in finance systems and across all areas of data, including quality, governance and analytics. You will need to have proven expertise in the implementation of business intelligence and a track record within complex, international organisations. You will be capable of managing a team, business partnering with a range of stakeholders and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
