Job Description

• Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Design and implement robust financial models for forecasting and analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Liaise with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountancy qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Not For Profit sector or wanting to step into this sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Well-versed in financial software and databases.
