Job Description
Job Title: Head of Group Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement global and regional marketing strategies to support business success.
  2. Shape integrated marketing campaign concepts with the support of the marketing team.
  3. Steer projects such as marketing and sales digitalisation, event concepts, website, social media activities, and more.
  4. Act as a sparring partner for the content team.
  5. Work with a strong and motivated international team, handling multiple time zones.
  6. Interface between subsidiary organisations and the headquarter.
  7. Manage the global and regional marketing budget for projects.
  8. Identify with software and hardware products from a world market leader.
  9. Shape the external marketing representation within a high-tech environment with few market players in the safety-critical industry.
Key Qualifications:
  1. University degree (minimum Bachelor, preferred Master) with a focus on marketing/communications/sales.
  2. More than 5 years' experience in a senior B2B and/or B2G marketing leadership role.
  3. Led one or more teams.
  4. Holding budget responsibility.
  5. Very good English skills, further languages of benefit.
  6. Excellent analytical, conceptional, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  7. Willingness to travel globally, depending on assignments. Ability to talk on eye level with Business Unit Vice Presidents and Regional Managing Directors and their Sales Teams.
  8. Developing global and regional marketing strategies and campaigns with the team.
  9. Preferably know-how in working with a marketing automation platform.
  10. Acting as an innovation leader and working in teams across different time zones.
