Your tasks:- Management and development of the payroll accounting, HR controlling and travel management team
- Full responsibility for monthly payroll accounting, including compliance with all deadlines and legal and collectively agreed provisions
- Developing and analyzing relevant key figures to prepare HR planning and the HR budget as well as ad hoc evaluations and KPIs
- Reporting the figures to the Management Board and divisional management
- Management of contractual and collectively agreed special payments and provisions
- Carrying out quarterly and annual financial statements on the HR side
- Managing HR projects, particularly in connection with further digitalization
- Cooperation with auditors, tax offices, social insurance institutions, health insurance funds and employers' liability insurance associations
- Handling the annual performance appraisal process
- Completed commercial studies or similar qualification
- Experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a manufacturing industry environment
- Knowledge of the application of collective agreements is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Excel for creating reports
- Ideally management experience
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Rexx and Paisy or similar systems is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
- Resilience, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
