Our Client is heavily involved in the electricity industry in the UK and is currently looking to recruit a seasoned Human Resources professional with 10 to 20 years of proven experience working at the highest level in HR.

The role involves recruiting the Head of Human Resources for the company, which includes managing a large in-house HR team and performing usual HR functions such as recruiting, disciplinary actions, and TUPE exercises.

The company employs over 3000 people across the UK. While we prefer candidates from the utilities arena, the Client will consider applicants from any background.

Summary of what we are looking for:

1. 10 to 15 years of HR experience
2. Ability to manage a large HR function
3. Experience in the utilities arena (electricity preferred)
4. Based in the City
5. Formal HR qualifications (CIPD or MCIPD)

Salary: £120K - £140K
