Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind marketing strategy, focusing on the integration and advancement of restaking innovations. Your primary objective will be to elevate my client's product's market presence while aligning with their business goals and growth ambitions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and creative leader to make a considerable impact in the DeFi space.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs, regularly tracking performance against these metrics.

Marketing Campaigns and Channels:

• Oversee and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media and search engines.
• Manage and enhance our social media presence on key channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram, along with web3 social media platforms like Debank and Farcaster.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to build thought leadership and brand authority.
• Lead organic and performance marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience.

Product Positioning:

• Craft compelling narratives and educational content that effectively communicate the benefits of restaking and liquid restaking.
• Conduct comparative analyses of restaking platforms to identify competitive advantages and opportunities for improvement.

Brand Building:

• Build and maintain a strong, recognisable brand within the restaking, DeFi, and broader Crypto community.
• Organise and participate in community events, Twitter Spaces, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
• Design and execute marketing activities involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), forums, and social media platforms.

Co-marketing and Partnerships:

• Forge strategic partnerships with AVSs, L2s, DeFi platforms, and other industry players to enhance our market presence and drive mutual growth.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and promotional activities to maximise exposure and impact.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyse marketing performance data to extract actionable insights and optimise campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and growth metrics to the leadership team.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative high-performance environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building.
• Proven experience in Blockchain technology, DeFi, or FinTech SaaS environments.
• Understanding of Cryptocurrency, staking, and Blockchain-based reward systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in relationship management and partnership development.
