Head of Marketing Compliance

Our Client

Rutherford has been mandated on a senior compliance search for a large asset manager in London. The role will be tasked with leading the marketing compliance team across EMEA and APAC.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

1. Review and approve all sales, marketing and communication materials for the business across the EMEA and APAC region.
2. Assist with regulatory developments and updating compliance policies.
3. Provide advice on relevant new product launches and initiatives.
4. Deliver training to the business and wider stakeholders.

Your Profile

• 6 - 12+ years of asset management compliance experience, with proven marketing compliance knowledge.
• Ideally EMEA and APAC regulatory knowledge. Americas is beneficial.
