Your Tasks:

• Development and implementation of the marketing strategy for AIS Management GmbH
• Management and coordination of all marketing activities (website, LinkedIn, newsletter, events, etc.)
• Development and maintenance of our brand and strengthening brand awareness
• Design and management of targeted campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
• Analysis and optimisation of marketing measures for continuous improvement

You

• Have a successfully completed degree in marketing, communication science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Have several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with management responsibility.
• Have experience in marketing in the real estate or consulting services industry (desirable).
• Have in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Think strategically and have experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Have strong communication skills and a confident manner.
• Show creativity and a passion for innovation in brand management.
• Have a very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English.
