Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics.
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies for Parameta Solutions, ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive market. This role will play a critical part in shaping our branding, messaging, and overall image while driving alignment between sales and marketing to accelerate growth.
Role Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Shape the Parameta Solutions brand to reflect its unique value proposition and market leadership.
Team Building and Management
- Establish and lead a diverse, high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Digital Marketing Excellence
- Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns, leveraging tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategies to drive lead generation and engagement.
- Optimize digital channels to ensure data-driven decision-making, focusing on measurable KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic growth, and campaign ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to ensure Parameta Solutions maintains a competitive edge in digital outreach and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to align sales and marketing efforts for optimal impact.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Channel Distribution, Compliance, HR, and Finance to support business objectives.
Branding and Messaging
- Oversee the development of a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, enhancing Parameta Solutions' market presence.
Market Insights and Innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Employ unique marketing techniques to differentiate Parameta Solutions in the B2B landscape.
Representation
- Represent the marketing function both internally and externally, acting as a key advocate for Parameta Solutions.
Experience / Competences
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within financial services, data, or analytics.
- Expertise in B2B marketing strategies, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to combine analytical and creative thinking to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current online marketing techniques and best practices, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- High energy levels and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, responding to challenges with innovation and adaptability.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and personalities.
- Familiarity with sales methodology and the pragmatic marketing framework, ensuring strong alignment between marketing and sales functions.

- Professional qualifications such as Chartered Marketer (CIM) or equivalent certifications.
