Job Description
Head of Operations - Permanent - Main Contractor - Water Industry - Midlands - Civil & MEICA Liaising with project management to ensure work is safely delivered to expected requirements Holding accountability for the successful delivery of work within budgets Engaging with clients, local authorities, subcontractors and other key project stakeholders Ensuring programmes of work are defined, and risk management plans are in place Monitoring financial performance and delivery against programmes of work Ensuring activities meet programme outputs and are completed to expected standards.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:Proven successful experience of managing projects (Civil & MEICA) throughout the project lifecycle within the water industry Working knowledge of NEC form of contract Experience in budget as well as profit and loss A strong understanding of programme delivery processes Financial awareness and be able to work to budgets.
