Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global People & Culture strategy that aligns with company goals and supports business growth.
- Design and nurture a positive corporate culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and execute programs for talent acquisition, retention, and development; promote leadership and employee growth through targeted training and development initiatives.
- Design and implement policies and procedures related to recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across the company and develop and oversee initiatives that enhance diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations; advise management on legal issues and conflict resolution.
- Monitor employee satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms; implement measures to improve employee engagement.
- Lead and coach the People & Culture team; foster a positive team dynamic and continuously improve people processes.
- Ensure open and effective communication between management and employees; organize employee events and activities.
- Oversee budget planning and maintain responsibility for the People & Culture budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support strategic People & Culture initiatives.

About You
- Several years of experience in People & Culture management and organizational development in a leadership role.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR qualifications are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of People & Culture strategy, employment law, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee development.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams as well as developing leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting People & Culture data and deriving strategic actions.
- Experience in change management and successfully implementing change processes.
- Passion for shaping and maintaining a positive culture, with the ability to create a work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
