The incredible and life-changing St Elizabeth's Centre is searching for a new Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships to create and implement a new fundraising strategy to continue and enhance its remarkable impact.

  • Location: Hybrid / Much Hadham, Hertfordshire - four days a week on site
Who we are.

Based across 60 acres of beautiful countryside in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, St Elizabeth's is a charity supporting children, young people and adult day clients with epilepsy and other complex medical conditions, the severity of which impacts their health, social, behaviour, learning and emotional development.

St Elizabeth's comprises of a specialist school and college with day and residential placements, a comprehensive day opportunities programme for adults and a specialist nursing and therapy provision for children and young people.

About the role.

This role will lead the development and implementation of St Elizabeth's fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on developing our corporate partnerships and major giving fundraising streams, raising much-needed funds for the charity. This role will successfully drive and grow key corporate partnerships, trusts & foundations and philanthropic relationships alongside inputting into the wider strategy and development of the charity.

Who we are looking for.

We are searching for experienced high-level relationship fundraisers with a passion for storytelling. Candidates must be passionate, bring to life the amazing impact that the charity delivers, and understand how to appeal and secure income from multiple streams.

We are looking for candidates with high-value experience (either corporate partnerships or philanthropy) who are well-versed in writing and implementing a creative growth strategy.

With such a tangible and emotive call to action and impact, we are looking for storytellers who thrive when building new relationships.
