Role Overview:

As an experienced Head of Product and Platform (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the management and strategic direction as well as product development for all products of Edenred Deutschland GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product and platform managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Develop and implement a product and platform strategy aligned with business goals, customer, and market needs.
• Gain a deep understanding of customers and users of the products and platforms to launch suitable innovations and prioritize the roadmap.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to leverage market opportunities and make informed product and platform decisions.
• Responsible for the agreed business case and monetization of the (platform) products.
• (Agile) product development: Conceptualize & implement new and enhance existing products into the platform - ensure cross-functional collaboration between product management, IT development, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver solutions that meet market, customer needs, and business goals.
• Collaborate with management to establish product vision, goals, and priorities.
• Manage the product & platform roadmap and oversee internal and external service providers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field; MBA or higher degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in product marketing, product management, or strategic marketing, or as a Product Manager for complex IT products.
• Proven experience in leadership roles in product management/development and/or platform management.
• Solid knowledge of content management/E-commerce systems.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to develop new business areas.
• Proven track record of driving product innovations and successes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, especially the ability to mentor and develop high-performing product teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick understanding of complex relationships.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
