The team
The Growth & eCommerce Product team is focussed on both the acquisition and re-activation of users onto ITVX and upsell to our paid tier, ITVX Premium. We work to optimise first and returning experiences on the platform, including authentication, onboarding and the conversion to viewing our amazing shows! The team is socially cohesive and experienced in complementing and leveraging each other's diverse skill sets to launch features with impact and at speed.
The role
As the Head of Product you will lead a team of Growth Product Managers in improving viewers access and activation journeys. You will act as a champion of ITVX Product and Viewer ways of working. Collaborating with Marketing will be key to align paid media strategy to product experience ensuring a consistent and delightful viewer experience. You'll need to work closely with Marketing to create high ROI CRM retention journeys and be responsible for the timely launch of ITVX premium discount campaigns and commerce platform innovation. The ability to lead, coach and drive high performance behaviours and culture from your team will be fundamental to your success as well as providing support to ITVX Product Directors with product operations and stakeholder management.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Knowledge and experience in registration / sign-up flows
- Knowledge and experience of paid marketing activities (cost per acquisition, LTV) and how to make these successful through customer lifecycle management
- Knowledge and experience in e-commerce particularly funnel optimizations and testing, payment types and post-purchase on-boarding flows
- Knowledge and experience with CRM, data, activation tactics and martech stacks
Other things we're looking for (key criteria)
- Min 3 Years in a similar level role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven track record in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate relationships at various levels across a business, including strong influencing skills so as to act as a change agent
- Comfortable to navigate and guide others through ambiguity
- Able to work independently with little direction and to tight and evolving deadlines
- Flexible and creative approach to problem solving
